Student Meal Payments & Account Guidelines
Meal prices will be announced at the start of each school year and are subject to change. Parents and guardians are responsible for depositing funds into their child(ren)’s meal account to purchase breakfast, lunch, and/or milk.
💵 Payment Options
In-Person: Payments can be made at the school office using cash or check. Deposit envelopes are available upon request.
Online (EZSchoolPay): For added convenience, payments may be made at EZSchoolPay.com.
A 3% processing fee applies to credit or debit card transactions.
When setting up your account, select Hawaii as the school district.
🪪 Student ID Cards
At checkout, students must scan their school-issued ID card. Each student receives one ID card per school year.
Lost/Damaged Cards: Replacement cards cost $5.00, payable in exact cash only.
🔁 Carryover & Refunds
Funds automatically transfer with the student to their next DOE school.
For students transferring to a private school:
Balances may be transferred to a sibling at Kaʻelepulu.
Refunds are available the following school year and must be picked up in the school office
~ Lunch Entrée- An entrée can only be served after a meal has been purchased. Students are required to finish their meal before purchasing an entrée.
~ Milk Only- Students should not take milk if their meal account is negative. If this occurs, parents will be asked to make immediate payment.
